      Whenever I use this method to go into a Lucid Dream, I always end up blinking and my eyes scatter all over unless I close them real tight, but when I do that i get tense so im not relaxed. Do you have to be completely relaxed?

      Lst night when I was falling asleep I saw n my eyeids what looked like a WMP visualiser. Except without the colours, What would this be?

      this is a form of Hypnagogic Imagery (HI). many people see patterns or light flashes before reaching sleep paralysis (SP)
