After much debate with myself I've decided to post this method which I had some luck with in the summer, the idea is that a dream is kind of like a subconscous version of just plain imagenation, just like subconscous beliefs dreams are hard to change, so what I do is just start to meditate breath in breathout and count or whatever you do, now imagen your in a dream, get the dreaming feeling just like in gothlarks toturial for Confidence and Dream Feeling Induced Lucid Dream. But this time try to imagen your in the dream, imagen your someplace like school or whatever and just imagen running around yelling out how easy lucid dreaming is.

That would be a VILD (Visualization Induced Lucid Dream.) It's a good method you've got there, but one that already has a name.

I thought VILD was something were you actaully make up a real dream your going to have, and just play the same dream out in your head so you eventualy have it, ya I guess thats the same conscept still but this one is a little diffrent, nomatter were you are in a dream you can become lucid but ya this is just a remix of VILD.
