After much debate with myself I've decided to post this method which I had some luck with in the summer, the idea is that a dream is kind of like a subconscous version of just plain imagenation, just like subconscous beliefs dreams are hard to change, so what I do is just start to meditate breath in breathout and count or whatever you do, now imagen your in a dream, get the dreaming feeling just like in gothlarks toturial for Confidence and Dream Feeling Induced Lucid Dream. But this time try to imagen your in the dream, imagen your someplace like school or whatever and just imagen running around yelling out how easy lucid dreaming is.
