Sorry I didn't even realize this came back up.

I usually set my alarm at a time that's pretty early. I'll end up sleeping 4-5 hours, have it go off, and then I won't wake up for another 3 hours at least.

You'll either wake up after your lucid is done, or you will lose lucidity and possibly not wake up immediately (so you may want to set the alarm for an hour and half ahead of time just in case you have to get up)
