I have been trying to wild and i set my alarm to 5-6 hours after i sleep. i never get anywhere though ill focus on a image and ill become uncomfortable in that position or somthing will happen to disrupt me, my dog rolls over, my fan makes a werid noise, and others. how should i fix this? i have this weird habit of ignoring alarms after hearing a alarm 5 times in waking me up it wont be able to wake me up anymore, my body just starts to ignore it and dont wake up from it.
