Been a while since I have checked back in on this topic. Good to know it is working for some people. My results have been a bit mixed now, but I still get lucids from it.

anyway, did you have a lucid after typing it and going to bed, or after the WBTB part?[/b]
I remember few dreams prior to my WBTB sessions. All of the lucids that I remember come at that last little bit of my rest. This technique is no exception but I am curious to try it before I go to bed and not do it again for the night. It sounds like it works even then, at least for some people. Unfortunately, I cannot give this a good try for the next couple of days. One of the scarrier nights of my life happened the last time I tried to do this without a WBTB session. Of course, it was not related so much to dreaming but it did prevent me from any lucids.

Now, it seems some of you have had pretty good results and I do not know how many times you have tried it and what the results have been over time, but I would like to add something. I do not think I said this in an earlier post. It seems that if I get used to whatever it is I am writing, it won't take effect. The harder it is to write it, the better. That doesn't mean it needs to be difficult, but if you can write it perfectly with your eyes closed, there is a good chance you are not concentrating on it. The goal is to make it become repetitive in your mind as well. So, for those that find this technique to lose its effect, try to challenge yourself a bit more on what you write.
