Seriously, I'm still working on it. Regularly for me is still only a couple of times a week. Full control is only available to me in about 50% of my LDs.
Don't get discouraged though. It seems there is some natural talent that is also involved in the process. I have said this many times before. I am the lucid dreaming 'Poster Child', if I can lear to do it, anyone can

I've been wondering about this too. My LD frequency is increasing, but my control doesn't seem to be. Does that increase with time and practice too? I guess it is variable between people but I wish I was progressing faster. It gets discouraging to have yet another LD which I wasted doing something stupid or couldn't get out of the dream I was already in.
So..does the control come with time? Or do most people have good control from the time they are able to have LD's at will or frequently?
(Sorry to hijack your topic; I have been wondering lately about this too.)
