Let me start off by saying i've had 2 Successfull WILDs so far. But for some reason this is what happens every time i've tried after those two -
I Strip down to my boxers and lay in the Supial position and lightly close my eyes, and begin counting down from 100 saying "I'm dreaming" after each number.
I get very relaxed to the point where my arms feel like lead, then when my mind starts getting carried away (by starting to dream) i snap back into reality seconds before I step over that threshold into Lucidity. Its VERY annoying.
Every so often i get a sinking sensation just before i snap into reality, and i get slight rhythmic vibrations that travel up my spine. I DO NOT go into sleep paralysis though, both times i've WILD'ed i've just completely skipped the sleep paralysis part somehow.
So my problem is that just before i step into my dream world its like my body says "Shit your falling asleep" and brings me back from unconciousness, i dont want this to happen though! It seems no matter how empty i make my mind im always just that concious where i realize i'm drifiting off... I've tried waking up 5-6 hours, but when i wake up, i stay up. I never fall back asleep. (even when i'm not trying to WILD) I feel like i'm stuck and at a loss. Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem, and if so, how did you solve it?
