Last night I woke up from a lucid dream. I was upset because I woke up so fast. So I didn’t really move around or look around like I usually do when I wake up. I kept my eyes closed and watched as intense HI started back. I don’t know if I lost consciousness for a while but I eventually started dreaming again and immediately became lucid. I didn’t know if I WILDed or if I just went back to sleep with LD on my mind.

Ok; I'm a noob, but to me it sounds like you used the tech where you try and "re-enter" a dream; but that's just my impression. I have never actually wilded.

That's basically the WILD process... to be awake, yet still very relaxed. You didn't stay aware during the entire re-entry like many do but an LD is an LD. A "full WILD" is something you'll never forget. It's otherwordly. The sights sounds, the paralysis, I know my body trembled some.
DEC 06: 29 entries in journal, 7 of which were lucid. 0 WILDs.

Wait a minute... is one of the prequisites for a WILD going into sleep paralysis? Because my first time I WILD'ed i never went into sleep paralysis... just a flash of lights and it was as if i was in a zero gravity version of my bedroom.

I have heard SP is not nessicary. Maybe one can sort of zone out during the transition and not notice it.
