first you will need some soothing or relaxing non verbal song e.g. techno musics or classical i prefer classical because it more relaxing too me.

      <strike>what to do</strike>[s]
when you go to bed put on music device and listen to music for half an hour. whilst listening too music try your hardest to visualize music as colour and shapes trying to really imagine what music would look like. you should also build up sense of vibration from wild if you havent had this just imagine yourself moving very fast up and down and rocking side to side. when you have done this for half a hour then you should take of headphone and begin to next stage.

      lucid dreaming[/b]
straight after this begin to imagine music last played in your head and begin to do the same visualization thing by imagining shape and colour it best to make it abstract i imagine a dodecahedron moving and staying still. now you just imagine the vibration feeling of wild intill it comes with music and visualization and then your enter dream

Sounds like a good idea. I'd rather listen to low beat-rate music like ambient or new age or something like that. Works better for me.

      yeah. it's interesting one.

music is used for not only vibration but also other methods

the sound from outside is effective to dream

i also can concentrate on my imagination by listening to music

i imagine or express my feeling from the music(visually)

and it's good to continue to make stories (i like to weave fantasy tales).

i'd like to recommend you a film music

"No Path Back" <-- a pretty nice music

New Age musics seem to be pertinent for it

i used vide cor meum from hannibal lecter once but when i went lucid is was in prison.

this is my first question on this forum but what does your vibration feel like doing WILD?
also can you describe the movement of vibration.

i'm same to others(vibration).i feel paralysis with vibration

      you know resonance?

we can hear resonance in silent place

just concentrate .have you ever tried this?. when you focus on your ears, you can hear some sounds (bbeeeee~ ppeeee)

In dream, senses are amplified. so when i or most people enter sleep paralysis,

      most hear auditory hallucinations.

      auditory hallucination with vibration

somebody feels heavy ......../ That depends on the person.

all the symptoms like vibration are just the hallucination of dream

as you konw That depends on the person.

You brought me to an Excellent Idea.

Falling asleep with Very Low Bass tones that Vibrate your Bed and your Body. Deep Penetrating Bass yet not Loud so it won't keep you from sleep.

Now my Synthesizer has a Bass sample that is like THE typical Bass Sample heard in Jungle music; Early Drum N Bass Music.

I've got a soundsystem with Subwoofer Built up around my Bed. Maybe I could let the Bed Vibrate like the Membrane of a Speaker so that I can PHYSICALLY feel the Music and it's low Bass tones Vibrating whilst falling asleep.

Focussing on the Vibration might help staying more aware. I don't think My neighbors will like Deep base tones all night till the morning though
