Hi,

I've had this weird problem the last week - I go to bed, stay focused, manage to indulge mild sleep paralysis, concentrating, etc.. and then suddenly, it's morning. I've never had any trouble falling asleep without noticing before, but now it's like I cease to exist for six hours.

I tried the blinking technique yesterday, everything went fine and then... bom. Morning.

Why could this be happening? What can I do to stop it? I got plenty of sleep this weekend, so I don't think it's exhaustion.

Any views?
