Well I just started attempting LDing less than a week ago and so far i've tried FAT, WILD, and I am developing DILD.

I am requesting some new options that I can try out, so if you could, a name aswell as a discription would be nice so I could look into it brother.

      Thankyou.

      Scent induced...

Whenever you are reading about lucids or dreams, spray a smell in the room (smell being the strongest scent tied to memory) Then Do a WBTB and before you go to bed spray that smell again so the memorys will flood back

WBTB? I'm quite new at this, I am guessing its some kind of RC?

But yes that makes perfect sense.

WBTB stands for Wake Back To Bed... Its when you wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep and read about LD's for an hour. after that you go back to bed accompanied by either a MILD, FILD, or WILD. If you cant do those usually it leads to a DILD. Read the tutorials section on the main index page for more info

For me my induction goes back and fourth. I remember for a long period of time I was just using WILD to enter the Lucid Dream and then I went back to being aware while in the dream. I think when Im not really that sleepy and I force myself to sleep then WILD works best but if I am extremely tired then I would just capture Lucidity in the dream.

I think dreamsigns are a reliable option.

I believe that autosuggestion for is the best way to go as a beginner. It doesn't involve any getting up in the middle of the night to lose sleep, like WILD, and is a proven method. Do quality RCs with autosuggestion at the end (I have a link to a good guide in my siggy), and maybe a HILD (Hypnosis-induced-Lucid-dreaming, check the tutorials section).
