I guess this is consider a wild. but what i did was, i woke up for like 45 seconds then was like, hey, i should try wild. so i rememeberd a dream i had that night, morphed back into it, and was somewhat lucid for like 30 seconds. it was nice i guess, but i felt out of control at the same time so i only think i achieved partial lucididty

Aeron, remember this: To be lucid, means to be aware that you're dreaming. Control is something else
You did what people call dreamchaining and used it to get lucid. It's like a WILD, but without the long relaxation process and such

Lost count of how many lucid dreams I've had

Yep, he's right, a lucid dream is nothing more than a dream in which you know you are dreaming. Congrats!

don't worry about it. Just be happy you got your first LD. Congratulate yourself :bravo:. It is expected that your first few LDs will be like that, but with practice comes stability. If you work at it consistenly, then you will start lasting a little longer; long enough to try stability techniques. Stability comes with experience.
