Problem Wilding

Alright so I was doing the reverse blinking tech. (its a good tech. you should check it out) I've made good progress with this tech. I've now managed for 4 times to stay consious through sp, but once I got to HP my eyes just open. For example last night I saw a white dot I looked at it for a little bit and it turned into a butterfly with a black background. The background was 3d looking, like if I was sitting in the back seat of something I could see distance from the object. And then my eyes just open. Could someone please give me advice on this?

don't open your eyes. somewhere else I was reading said they opened because of curiosity and wanting to see it better. i hope this helps.

I have the same problem when watching HI. I think it's because I stare too intently at it. By ignoring it, to some degree, you should be able to keep your eyes shut easily

I have experienced sometimes at this point actually 'seeing' through my eyelids and seeing into my room which at this point you get up and bam you're in a lucid dream or OBE. That's the beginning of HI btw. Too much focus on HI with your physical eyes will result in the HI disappearing so try not to do that.

[/b] Ok well when I did it my eyes were really heavy then i started looking at the hi then bam my eyes were tingly and they opened. I don't understand how I can keep my dream eyes shut but my real eyes open? Do i just think about them being closed like in a dream?

if you are really in rem-sleep, you will open your dreameyes. and trying wild, you may experience false awakening several times.so it's good to do RC when your eyes are opened that's not a problem. close your eyes!

Hey guys! I need help with WILD. A few questions need answering: 1. Is it possible to WILD when going to bed for the first time that night, ie 9:30pm? 2. Do you see HI with your '3rd eye'/imagination' or your physical eyes? 3. If HI is your 3rd eye, do you let your thoughts wonder, or focus and try and really see the visualisation? Optional reading this part. An experience. I had a dream where i was trying to WILD (i think it was a dream) and during the WILD i heard MASSIVE ringing in my ears, got scared (crazy flashes of the most random scenes) then woke up. Dream, WILD or WILD in dream.... i will never know... Appreciate any help! Thanks
