In my experience, i cannot WILD because my mind is too focused on it. I feel this may be the problem with some of you as well. Try this.

Do the normal WILD thing. Sleep for 5,6, or 7 hours, and wake up. Then DO NOT try to WILD. Just try to go back to sleep. Sooner or later (if you are relaxed enough) you will feel really drowsy, and your mind will start to drift. When this happens, wake your mind back up again, by just thinking about being awake or something. If you have the timing right, your body will still be in the drowsy mode, but your mind will be awake. Then, let your mind drift a SECOND time, then wake your mind up again. Do this until a dream starts.

I know this may seem a little vague, but it does make sense. People fail at WILD because of too much concentration on it. Instead, take it one step at a time.
