      When a external sense is inflicted apon the body whilst sleeping these manifest itself in the dream be it coldness a pin prick or light. The main purpose of VILD is to imagine a object, setting or location to get HI or pass through waking state to sleep state by using wbtb. However to say visualization is enought for lucidity is wrong as realism is determined by primay sense not secondary senses. How would one go around creating a realistic and lucid environment.

      sensory VILD or working with primay sensors will best suit lucidity and it stems from three key factors:
      1. Feel is one of the most sensitive and responsive characteristic in dreams. To shorten this up i will join all other sense because these are the ones what have stimulus so will directly influance dreams. First let me say that exagerting sense or thinking about them will never induce them in sleep nor would you be able to properly process sound. Now to simplife this all you need to worry about your senses while trying to sleep is keeping them seperate and by constant noticing of your sense. What i am saying is you have to be conscous of your surrounding but keep them distinct so when you goto sleep never lose consciousness of your touch and sound of environment by concentrating on them.
      2. HI in this case is all the senses that are not used mainly movement and visual system. Yet start with the easiet movement now then let me say that i dont want physical movement that would be counterproductive as sleep paralysis occur neer sleep state however i recommend that you imagine tensing muscle whilst going to sleep as would be explain later. HI without going into much detail i will like to say that visualization does not produce a sensory responce so realism and vividness is not what we want. Now the key to HI is just control or conscious control we all have the abillity to control are imagination however this is not good enought you have to be in conscious control of something that can manipulate sensory perception these are
      spartle manipultion like twisting it to mirror image, turing it upside down e.t.c. i would personally go with mirroring. By consiously focusing on manipulation instead of trying to create yourself has much benefit as i will talk of now.
      3. Vividness is one of the hardest thing of VILD. Now let me say that the length of time trying to sleep increase vividness but then this heavily damages consciousness. Relaxation is of improtance in this method as without it HI is not possible and dream state will be missed. Let me say that doing 1 and 2 above the best thing you can do is make sure you are doing it slow and your really conscious of what you our doing you have to do it so you our at the level of thought you our now rushing will get you nowhere and patience will be rewarded. so just be slow, conscious and patient and then you can experience HI. Also if you find yourself unable to concentrate or your mind wander just slow down your thought. Try to keep yourself consciously aware of sense of 1 a slipping sort of feeling will happen after a while and your loose sense of touch e.t.c. this will always happen. Also your notice that dreams our very realisitic this could fall you the first few times.

      Let me say it worked i relaxed kept my consciousness focused on surrounding and when HI came just slowly turn it to mirror image. It was a familliar feeling to me of slipping out of consciousness and then i saw nothing for about ten minuate then HI appeared and my body started getting vibration and finally entered dream where i was not lucid intill about half an hour where i was recalling this method and suddenly notice im dreaming. In the dream i tested my control for about twenty minuate then i remebered that their was a painting like leonardo da vinchi but better so i was looking for that intill i woke up. The next dream i had was very long with only about five minaute lucidity so their no point going into it here.

      Hypnosis and subconsious consciously (dont say i dont believe in hypnosis and subconsus because i not ignorant and make no assumption)

      I will now attempt to describe the method of Boris sidis permant hypnosis. Well self hypnosis work by relaxing this is going to be done by you going to sleep whilst doing it consciously be in control of breathing and be aware of all your sense e.g. touch, sound e.t.c. then slowly start to count. Now you will count to a hundread and when you get their repeat it again but for every ten number you count you will say in your head 'i am fully aware of my dreams, and that i would no longer dream unless i am perfectly conscious' you should repeat this intill you fall asleep. Everytime you are going to sleep repeat excersive again.

      Imaging movement be it vibration is of most improtance of keeping conscousness the more you have control conscously of vibration the less likely you will fall into a asleep and forget dreams. Also if doing hypnosis or movement do not just blindly repeat excersive this cause monotomy and your just drop asleep instead conscously put short pauses randomly in hypnosis and vibration this will make sure your conscousness does not fall asleep but enter dream state.
