Hey guys, I've had a some LD since I joining here, and I want to thanks everybody that said: "Continue practicing, you'll have your LD one day!" It's trueee ;p

The majority of my LDs were blurry and with low lucidity... So I've read a lot about verbal commands that help us reaching an high level of lucidity and dream vividness. But last dream I did it [ I said: INCREASE LUCIDITY!!!! ] and... I felt like a vibration in my dream, but my lucidity, my perception and dream vividness didn't change...

So I ask you guys: Does it really work? Need a lot of practice??

Hi,

Most people need lots and lots of practice before they experience crystal clear lucid dreams with high controle. I've experienced the same blurriness that you speak of but I must say that they do become more and more clear even though they still are very short. Also when I use verbal commands the whole place seem to shake.

Yeah, I think it needs practice. Have you ever had a clear and high lucid one??

I have reached super lucidity level before and I can say that my dreams were even clearer and amazing than I experience in real life. I cannot even describe it. I see colors beyond normal range and I even feel emotions that I normally never feel in real life. My awareness was higher than what I have right now... it was like I hit the ulimate solution and understood everything only to be back in this normal awareness not being able to remember what I understood because it was beyond my current awareness' ability to understand. I also have noticed that europhia increases with higher level of lucidity.

It was amazing and I am trying to achieve this stage once again. It was incredible.

Edited: I don't know what I was thinking, but I forgot to say that increase lucidity command does work and it requires some practice, but you will be able to reach that super lucidity level by doing that technique. I did that and reached that super lucidity level (continues from above). I think I typed this post just before I went to bed; hence, my post didn't make any sense. Sorry! I hope this edit will help to clarify what I actually meant to post.

Don't trust what you are seeing right now because you might be dreaming right now. Be LUCID! I repeat, be LUCID!

Yes, my last two one. Unfortunately both of them only lasted about 20 seconds
I was inside a house that had stone walls and a floor also made of stones. I saw their structure as clear as ever. I also remember going from one room to another and thinking (as I opened the wooden door) what the next room would look like. It was an exact copy of the first one

I can't seem to get it to work. It is very difficult for me to even speak in my dreams. When I try to yell, I can only muster up a raspy quiet whisper. It is frustrating.

To increase the chances of a vivid lucidity, you can combine a verbal command while looking at your hands, you could also either comment on what you're experiencing from time to time, or try to talk to a DC.

Last week I had 3 LDs in a row... so possibly I'm out of LD for a while! Hehehehe

I usualy pick up a random object and observe it, but this sounds effective, I don't use my hands though it's easier with an object.
