I find I LD the most when I just don't think about it. I've been LDing for a number of years, and this seems to be the thing that works best for me. Also, try not eating anything within an hour or two before going to bed, because digestion interrupts sleep. |

I think I heard something like that before, but it was more along the lines of - eating right before bed gives you nightmares. I also heard that you have more bizarre dreams if you eat difficult to dijest foods right before going to sleep - such as cheese. If anything this would help to induce LD's, wouldn't it? |

Adopted Megabenman although he disappeared a while ago.
I'll try not to think about LD'ing wile trying to sleep but its hard for me not to. And I never get interrupted from digestion in my sleep and I never have. Maybe I'm just weird like that. Hmm... |

When I eat something before bed- it tends to be much harder for me to fall asleep.. so I completely believe that. |

I used to get up in the middle of the night, and eat slices of cheese as snacks, and I never noticed anything. but then, I have a cast iron stomach, and have never noticed much problems digesting ANYTHING...so maybe it's just me. |

Well, yeah, dreams are weird. One time I wanted to just remember my dreams (because I didn't remember my dreams for a few days). I did, and I got a bonus LD too. |
