Well it was my first try at trying to get Lucidity. I was looking up some ways and the WILD seemed to be promising. I went to sleep and woke up 4 hours later and decided to try it. I layed down focusing on my breathing. I began to see colors like i was supposed to see. Then I hit the paralysis state. I began seeing bright lights and a big red light in the middle. I felt like i was falling or like I just couldn't move. It was at that point that I know i was close to Lucidity but the images just never came and i begin to leave paralysis and came back to wake. What am i doing wrong?

Were your thoughts wandering? Where you thinking about your physical body? There are any number of possibilities, but you seem to be very close. Maybe you're a natural. The process has been tough for me so far.

Maybe you were focussing too much. I don't really know why it happened, I don't have much experience with WILD (no success yet). But you've already come very far by reaching the SP state. Just keep it up. Maybe you should try to visualize yourself flying to a dream. Figure out what works for you.
      Sure, why not?

I tried it again the other night prior to practice but still ive been getting real far into these. Ive gotten so far that I cant even hear anything or feel anything but no image. And when I try to move for a RC i seem to come back to reality. Its really pissing me off >.>
