hey ho, i have managed now to realise twice that im dreaming , but it wasn't something i did in the dream just while i was in the dream i said "hey im dreaming" but what happens next is interesting because everything is very fuzzy etc and not very clear.

About two days i had realised for the second time i was dreaming, as soon as i realised everything started going dark but i don't know why so i tryed moving my arms up and down really fast as if i was running really fast but that didn't help so i tyred spinning but that didn't work and then i false awakening (i think that's what you call them) then went back to sleep after the false awakening then i woke up in the morning. I think this could be because im a deep sleeper or something but im not sure. Any ideas and tips?

      Congrats on the LDs

Some people have had success saying, "Increase lucidity!" or "Increase vividness" either in your head or out loud if they start feeling the dream slip away.

Just remember that you won't have a perfect LD every time. You win some, you lose some - even accomplished LDer's have these kinds of experiences. Just keep trying and practicing and it'll get better.

These two things have worked for me:
      - Rub your hands together if you feel like you're exiting the dream.
      - Yell out "increase lucidity!" if it seems like things are too fuzzy.
