Well Luciddreamgod told me to do this:

1-Sleep for 5 hours. Then wake up and just read/write my journal or go to the bathroom.
2-After 15-20 mins go back to sleep, trying to remember my dreams.

Do you think after doing this my dreamsigns, dream recall and Ld exp. will improve? I do trust LDG but I just want to know wht you think about this!
