      Hello
I have been trying to have an LD for maybe 6 months of really trying, and I've known
about them about 2 years. I have tried WILD MANY times in that period, and have
yet to reach SP. Please share any methods or tips on how you go from waking to SP.

      Its Odd how there's plenty of WILD tutorials but no SP tutorials! Obviously for me SP is the problem;
And it doesn't help all the WILD guides assume that SP comes automatically, WHICH IT DOESN'T.

Please post how you enter SP, stabilize it, enhance it etc.

      Thanks!!

Thanks. I have seen that before... I'll maybe give it another look.
Actually that guide is for inducing HI and stuff like that, which really isn't a problem
for me. Although I have tried his Reverse blinking technique to no avail.
I'm more shooting for people just to share what they do and what happens etc.

Once i find a position that will be comfortable for at least the next 30-45 minutes, reverse blinking works really well to get into a deep state of relaxation.

When i feel like i could fall asleep, i stop the RB and think up a scenario. Something that is fairly passive, and doesnt require too much mental energy to hold the thought, but just enough to not let you lose consciousness.

At the same time, i will try to induce sleep paralysis by making tiny contractions of major muscles, such as quads, hammstrings, biceps, triceps, shoulders, pecs etc... The movement should not actually move any part of your body significantly.

I do that for about a minute, and then just lay still. About a minute after that, my body will naturally start having small contractions, usually correlating to the activity i am imagining (by this time HH are forming).

A couple minutes later, SP sets in and HH are intense. Now i try to zone out about 95% to let myself fall into a LD.

I can get to that stage every time, but i usually just fall into a ND. But thats irrelavent since you were asking about SP.

      Hope that helps.
      Peace.

Heh Ill give it a try if I can ever set my alarm, wake up to it, remain concious,
and not want only to go back to sleep again lol.

      Anyone else have some tips?

the key, for me at least, is to not be so alert that i cant fall asleep... remember, you have to fall asleep to WILD. So dont stress it, let yourself fall asleep, while remaining EVER SO SLIGHTLY conciouss.
