Well my post vanished first time around and i just had a biology exam so i will post quickly. Well to induce sleep you need to be perfectly still, surrounding normal and limitation of conscious http://www.sidis.net/soundsleep.htm . Now go to sleep normally between 11am to 1pm. When you wake up at 1pm begin method.

      The method
This is really simple. Once you decided on a position which is comfortable then force yourself to stay their and dont move. Also it good to concentrate on keeping your body still as it will make sure you dont fall asleep. Now that you have started you need to suppress all thought or ideas this is nothing special just ignore every idea or if you cant do that focus on a part of your body. When HI appears and thought turns random just bring in your consciousness and say this is wrong and focus back on your body and the idea of forcing it to stay still.

Well if you understand this then you know how to do it. Now their is one important signs to look for that is your eyes they go funny if this happen just force your eyes shut. If your physically and mentally restless then your our doing the technique right if your not try and bring your consciousness more on your body. As you do this the patterns on your eye get more intense dont worry about this. Sooner or later you will find yourself in dream.

P.S. I tried this last night and it worked. I woke up at 1.30am and did it for a hour in till i was in a dream i couldnt tell you how i got their. I had about half an hour but i used a lot of time trying to move and trying to get back the sense of touch. The LD was basically a boy hitting me with a bat i then pull out a bat and hit him then we both hit someone else. Well if will try and see if the lack of feeling and movement was because of technique.

He is saying that you must get cufftable and stay there. When you see HI, just concentrate on not moving.

sounds like a plan, and I might just try this

Yes that what i mean. However it is harder then it seem. Espically when your eyes start to open and you have to force them to shut.
