Ok well even back a few years ago when I started trying to LD, I never really got into RCing. I was did it prior to bed, and when i wrote in my dreamjournal. Today was the first day i did it compulsively. I hope to continue this and see how well it helps my LDing. I thought i would also share a few times oh how i've started RCing regularly.

First off I think its important to really test your RCing. Don't just plug your nose and try and breath, approach is from the sense that you are dreaming, and that you have to prove to yourself that your not... I assume that it would help so if your dreaming that you don't get a false reading when you RC. I also bought a small watch that clicks on my belt loop that beeps every hour, so I RC then, as well as every time I look at a watch.

Anyway I'll be sure to make a big announcement when it pays off (yes i'm being optimistic, as i KNOW I CAN LD )

      Thanks for listening/reading my rant

Hi, yes I've done this method before during the day...really feels weird to keep imagining I'm in a dream though. I've had myself know I'm dreaming and sometimes asked if I'm still dreaming.
