Thread: how often do u Pracitce WILD

Every Saturday morning! Every Sunday morning when I decide to lay out of church. Usually two-three mornings during the week.

However, I've been so sleep deprived the last few weeks that I have hardly practiced at all =(

Oops, I put my vote under 1-2 days a week when I should have put it under weekends. But yeah, I practice it every weekend morning when I wake up.

does everyone here mainly try while sleeping in on weekends???

most of my attempts are during the week at night if im not trying to astral project

well i have another week and a half of school so i try every night, im going to carry on trying every night from now on after precisely 5hrs of sleep, only tried 3 times but my first 2 attempts were amazing although i didnt get to lucidity

Mainly just 3-4 times a week, I only practice in the morning though, half an hour after waking up for ~5 hours of sleep. I've been unsuccesful since I started, but I think I'm getting there

More than likely it will take time, but it gets better. Don't try every night though...i find about 3 times a week is good for me, every person is different but the mind does get tired

I try it almost every night... the problem is *how* hard I try

i try to wild every time that my girlfriend wakes me up in the morning to go to work, so its usually after about 5hrs of sleep. lately i've been way too tired and have been falling alseep during my attempts.
