I feel pins and needles, numbness. Apparently it's the start of SP |

I've been in a bit of a rut, but I'm remembering like 3 dreams a night, 4 last night, so I'm pretty stoked about that, anyway - I try WILDing every once in a while around 5 in the morning, and one time I think I experienced SP. Does it just feel like you're numb? Or was I just lying on my arm? I also saw this flash of sparkles with my eyes closed, which was cool, but anyway, does SP feel like the circulation has been cut off from your body, or no? |

SP really is paralysis, at least in my case. I don't claim to be an expert, as I haven't actually WILDed yet, but I've experienced SP a few times, and every time I literally could NOT move at all, even if I tried. I had a little voluntary control of my breathing and tongue, but nothing else. |

Sleep paralysis is a complete cut off from the world around you. The feelings you get in sleep paralysis are not actual physical feelings most of the time (sometimes you feel pins and needles, but it's not because your cutting off blood circulation) |
