What is 'The Open Your Eyes Method'?

Simple! As you lay in bed and are drifting off to sleep (either WBTB or a Nap or etc) or attempting a WILD, simply Open Your eEes for a few seconds Periodically, then close them again and continue to drift off.

It's important not to open them long enough to be 'awakened' from your drifting off state. Open your eyes for just the right amount of time to keep you in a progressively drifting into dreamland state. Use your intuition.
