although i've olny been trying to LD since Nov. i've felt the same change in my attitude towards RC's. they used to be a pain to do and i only remembered to do them a few(1-2) times a day, but now i't a fun game i play all the time. any time i see something that reminds me of any of my dreams or anything close to my dreams from the night before i do a RC in a playful manner expecting to be dreaming. my RC of choice is to read a word on something , look away or cover it w/ my hand, then reread it. i'm not sure how many people use this but it works 99% of the time for me(i've had about 30-40 LD's in three months). some times the words change just a bit (ex. house will change to holne), and some times it does really cool shit, like two nights ago a can i read had a four letter word on it and the first letter turned into a tiny strawberry. CLARK your watch alarm reminds me of the red lights LaBerge uses sometimes to help inducing LD's
