Dreams, for me, often lack balance. And sometimes when I try to run, I simply... can't. Do you know what I mean? It doesn't seem to feel like actual running, and I can never run as fast as it feels like I should. My legs feel weird? So for a new kind of RC, I've been trying (in addition to plugging my nose, an almost foolproof method in my experience), whenever possible, to walk and run around, jumping over small objects. Though this isn't the most practical in public or at school, it's great for when I'm just in my room or home alone. I find it especially good for right when I wake up--particularly in the middle of the night--to help associate it with waking up and therefore perhaps prevent false awakenings. I haven't had any experience with false awakenings lately though, so I can't tell you if it works or not. What do you think? Any feedback is welcome
