      Hey all,
I have only ever had one LD and i had it while i was sleeping on my back. Whenever i read about WILD's or other stuff it always says to sleep on your back, but how important is it to sleep on your back? i find it very uncomfortable and so the one time i managed to do it, it took me hours to get to sleep. Can you still have a LD if you are not sleeping on your back?
