Method Name: MRCILD (Multiple Reality Check Induced Lucid Dreaming)

Method Description: A constant reality check with different reactive thoughts can create a mental check point and automatically recall thoughts in Delta state.

Method Creation Background: For about a week I have been testing out new techniques for inducing lucid dreams. WBTB has always been my favorite, until I have discovered a new technique.

      Method Procedure:

Step 1 (Preparation): You must start an activity such as watching TV or perhaps reading a book. It can be anything, now you must think of the type of RC you work best with. I usually catch myself in a dream by looking at a clock, I will use this as an example. Now if you decide to use a clock (I prefer digital), you must put it in a visible location. If I was to watch TV I would put the clock next to or on top of the TV. Now watch TV as you were already, get into the show and allow your mind to perceive what is taking place in the show. React as you normally would but try to relate events which take place, think of certain events deeply as if you would during the day. Events thought about often usually end up being recalled during a dream. But multiple thoughts of one event gives a higher chance of randomly recalling that thought in future time periods.

Step 2 (MRCILD Programming): Now as you watch TV, every 5 minutes look at the clock and carry out the RC, but as you do so, think about what just happened and previous thoughts of watching TV. I usually look at the clock once turn away for about 2 seconds and look at it again and see if the time changed willingly. I do it 3 times in a row every 5 minutes but as I do the RC I think back from previous thoughts of the show or book I was reading. Try to recall everything as you do the RC. Now do this for about 30 min or so.

Step 3 (Concluding Description) You will create a mental check point which will most likely show up in one of your dreams, about 30 min is all that is needed for a 99% chance. If you want to increase your chances you should go for an hour. Please try this and post your experience with this technique.

      Sweet dreams... -_- zZzZzZ

We all live and die, but most of us die without living.

A mental checkpoint is a point, at which your brain does something. Like, if you're used to wake up at 7:30, your brain will be more aware when the clock is 7:30 and you're more likely to lucid-dream. This is called the John Juan tehcnique, but it doesn't really give that good results.

This technique should work though, since it's the same concept, but used in a total different way. You sorta encode a checkpoint in your brain, that says "Every 5 - 15 minutes, I should perform a reality-check.".

      Got it?
