For the past few days I've been doing WBTB to try and have an LD. I would set my alarm for 4:30, wake up at 4:30 and the set it for 6:30 (My normal waking time). Anyways, it worked for like the first 3 days, but lately I've just been waking up at normal time. I check my alarm when I wake up and it still says 4:30 O_o Am I turning off my alarm without waking up or something?

Same thing just happened to me. Try putting your alarm on the other side of the room so that you have to actually get out of bed to turn it off, or do something to make it more complicated to turn off.

For instance, I use my phone to wake up. After I got used to it, I put it on the charger and put it in it's leather case. You have to take it off the charger to get it out of the case and you have to get it out of the case to turn off the alarm.

It didn't work, but you see what I'm saying. =P

That's a good idea, putting it a little away from my bed. Thanks!

Yea that proves the fact that you brain deletes your dream memories. I think our brain deletes your dreams every time you get up and go back to bed. Same thing happens to me!
