Don't stay up that long, try staying up for 10-15 minutes that always worked for me. |

Ok, so last night, I tried WBTB for the second time. I woke up at 4:15, read LD stuff, and went back to bed at 5. The first time I tried WBTB, I stayed up for 30 mins, and took about 30-45 mins to fall back asleep, but I did have one LD. This time, going back to bed after about 45 mins, it took me almost 3 hours to fall alseep, and I can only remember a snippet of one dream. Granted, my parents getting ready for work didnt help falling alseep, but still, 2.5 hours, thats just ridiculous. I wonder if I stayed up to long for me to fall back alseep, but only 45 mins, thats not bad. I want to try this technique again, but not if I wont be able to fall asleep again. If any of you had this happen, or you just have advice, please share it. Thanks |

It's different for everyone, but typically 5 to 6 hours. |
