Last night, I realized that I was dreaming but as soon as I thought, wait this is a dream, I woke up. This happens frequently to me, I realize I am dreaming and instantly, the dream ends. Any thoughts on correcting this and remaining in the dream? |

Mine used to be like that. It just takes practice. The more you experience it, the less startled by it you will be. It also helps if you can go to sleep with some intention in mind. If you tell yourself that you will be lucid, you might not be as surprised when it actually happens. |
