I would like to add that confidence plays a large role in any mind (game?) The reason I use game is because our minds turn it into one. Lack of confidence can snowball just as confidence.

Yes, this is also true
Having the proper self-image or in this case...inner-self-image is truly one of the main aspects of being confident enough to let yourself fall asleep, KNOW that you have the ability to wake up within it, and reap the rewards!!
