      Question

      hey everybody, as you can see this is my first post and I'm new here......i have had lucid dreams before they were ones where I'm in a dream then it just clicks and I realize I'm dreaming then continue on......but now that I know you can induce I've tryed several techniques....I was trying the fild technique and then i was half way through and was gonna wait a little longer to do a reality check then outta nowhere I thought....or I guess dreamt I was eating cereal and when I snapped back into it I was still tapping my finger but my mouth because only seconds earilier and had the most vivid fealing I was eating cereal....anyways thats the first time I tryed to induce and it was wierd....what can I do to help lucid dreaming?
