      What type of lucid techniques e.g., WILD, MILD or DILD gives the most vivid experience?

      WILD is by far superior to anything else. It almost always ends up with "high" to "super" lucidity.

      Other techniques produce varying results....

      Though its pretty hard to master WILD... it requires alot of mental effort to stay awake while your body falls asleep

      I've had high lucidity using all of the methods. WILD was the most interesting experience though!
