I did a search on HILD and didn't find any results, so I'm assuming no one has asked recently. I read the article in the tutorial on HILD, and was curious if anyone had some success. I have a roommate and it would be kind of rude to set an alarm for the middle of the night, and wake him up also. So, this technique seemed like it would fit me. I've done it a couple times, and I got to the relaxation portion and I was so relaxed I could barely keep my eyelids closed. I was curious if anyone uses or has used this?? |
