      Okay here's my situation.

All my dreams usually in the morning..My father wakes me up when he leaves for work and then I usually fall back asleep and have a dream...I'll probably wake back from that dream like 4-5 times, and everytime I fall back asleep, I continue that dream.

The question is, If I have a dream, wake up and realise that I was dreaming, then fall back asleep and in the same dream I don't realise I'm dreaming...How is that possible?

Maybe I should tell myself when I wake up?

Tell yourself that every time you experience that situation you are dreaming. Say that to yourself every night every time you hit the bed. This will only take a couple minutes. Do this for a couple weeks and the suggestion will sink in your head.

Also, when you first wake up from the dream you are seeing, tell yourself that you are going to reenter that dream and that you will become lucid once you will find yourself in that dream again.

If that doesnt help, have a 100 ml of caffeinated soda and some B6, this will increase your awareness after about 15-30 min.

It's a good habit to RC everytime you wake up.
Turned many fake wakenings to lucids for me.
