I know i can eventually solvve this prob alone BUT i want someone to tell me their so i wont have to waste time in lds solving. In my amount of false awakening, i get lucid by either doing an rc or the room is different and etc. The prob is that twice now in a false awakening i can barely move out of my bed, like some force is making me terribly tired to wake. For ex: i wake up, can't move hardly xept some parts. My eyes are like tired in my dreams and took like 1 min to open them fully and shake off the tiredness. Might be because they were low lucids, meaning it wasnt yet super vivid and it was night in my dream.

      Any suggestions?

oops think i posted it at wrong place lolz.
EDIT: NVM its been moved here? odd that its moved to "Attaining" section...

I have a solution, it works literaly everytime I try it without much effert, visualize touching something feeling the floor beneath your feet, I have the same exact problem with FA's I'll get them like 3 times in some nights, just imagen getting up and going down some stairs feel the rail on your hand and the steps under your feet, you will eventualy feel everything and you'll be free of sp.

I wanna be the very best

That happened to me too. I just thought it was nothing special so I just said "speed up" or something, and everything continued normally.

That's a perfect time to LD, once your in sleep paralysis, just relax and visualize and let your head take over, go longfor the ride

I don't have solutions yet, but I confirm I have the exact same problem. In all my FAs and WILDs I start the dream in my bed, and all my dream-body in very difficult to move, my eyes want to close, etc...

This strange thing really started 1 month after my debuts in LD, and it's still there... but it improved a bit. At first the efforts to move only awoke me , but now I can slowly move enough, with only one eye opened. This feeling disappears as soon as I quit my bedroom : so either I crawl on the floor to the door, or I open my window which is just next my bed. It's still a bit annoying, but in 5 seconds I'm out of it.

I could not even use the usual techniques like rubbing my hands (they are so tired I could only touch the fingertips...) or shouting "Increase Lucidity !" because I was unable to say anything.

I have a possible theory, which needs testing: in one case, after I could exit this state and was standing up looking at a part of my room, I saw, superposed to the image, the view of my window from my bed (I woke up just after). Could it be possible that it was the real vision from my eyes open, over the dream vision ? (I also noticed that my starting view direction in paralyzed FAs is always the same direction than my real body) In this case, in a FA or a starting WILD where my eyes could be a bit opened, the "dream" vision would be heavily influenced by the real vision; thus, it would be impossible to move in the dream, because the real vision does not change.
In that case, a sleep mask would cure that. But I don't have one, so I haven't tested it yet.

@bro: we have (hypnagogic) paralysis IN the dream, not the SP preceding the dream
      Dec. 2006 - July 2007:
      92 DILDs + 30 WILDs ; 75% too short, 24% decent, ~3 of 2 to 5 minutes
      (I stopped counting after that)

The anwser is simple. Relax and spin you will find yourself in a dream if you just spin.

The planet Earth exhibits all of these properties and therefore can be considered alive and its own single organism by the scientific definition.

does the planet Earth reproduce, well no unless you count the moon.

I know how can I help you. But I'm not gonna tell you it now... tommorow, OK? And I write each day new word and then after few weeks you can put it together in 1 sentence and that would be an answer. OK? Something like little puzzle game...

...sorry but I had to write this.
