Last night I tried the method 1 I'm dreaming, 2 I'm dreaming. I did this for 26 minutes and got a I guess vibrations. I felt like "shifting" around and could easily imagine myself falling through my bed. A lot of weight was put onto my hands, but I know it wasn't SP because I could still move them. I don't remember if this is WILD or not. Once I gave up I couldn't get to sleep until two hours later.
The non-lucid dreamer's mind experiences the dream and you only remember the dream.

You should try to see if it's SP moving them, because you cancel the whole procedure of your body to SP.
If you did't move at all when you felt your arms paralized it could be matter of a couple of minutes or even seconds to get SP.

I know I shouldn't have moved them I regret moving them! I'll try and not move them again tonight.

You actually may have been in SP, and canceled it by moving them. In my case at least, in the few times I've wilded, I have come to basically SP, but I could still move anything, and the second I did, the whole thing died. So yeah, don't move at all, and you'll probably succeed.

People in the Astral Projection business know all about these vibrations. Well, all about them meaning they acknowledge their existence...
They're perfectly natural and perfectly harmless.
LD Count: 7
Longest time in a lucid dreamstate: ~6 seconds

Still, the most epic six seconds I have ever experienced...

lol actually when I get to what I think to be the early SP, I lose awareness of my hands, like, I don't feel the things I'm touching anymore

also, when I try to move, I'm pretty sure they don't, but when I try it with a bit more intent, I can move them easily and the hand-SP is gone

also, I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, since I don't use any technique to get relaxed, I mostly just focus on losing awareness of my body, and there I go, the handsand soemtimes feet go motionless

if I'm actually in a SP already, I have no Idea, cuz I don't feel anything in the rest of the body.. sometimes I feel like I'm falling, but it doesn't last long

I suppose SP is not really a paralysis to some people, so maybe that's what's keeping some of us from going on with WILD

This is exactly how I feel!! I would describe it as I feel like my hands are floating. This si because I can't feel my pillow of bed or whatever. I would also say that after a few minutes of this, I start to get that falling feeling, ands sort of drift in and out of conciousness. I had a WILD last night, (didn't realize I was dreaming) and in the dream kept on trying to WILD. lol

another thingie

I believe that I should start using some visualization / whatever else tech to get closer t ofull SP

to the hand-floaties, if you actually try to move your hand without much intent, similar to Finger Induced LD, you can get more vibrations, although that was all I could get

I'ld also like to point out that I'm doign all this without the WBTB tech, as I don't think I have time for it, and my parents would go crazy if the alarm woke them up at 3 am

cya all tomorow when surely I'll have done some more experiencing

What you are describing is not SP or WILD onset.
Floating hands/losing feeling/whatever is just a result of poor blood circulation resulting from laying still for a long time. It will not get you anywhere, even if you lay like that with your arms floating around for an hour. Actually the fact that you notice your arms floating is a BAD sign - it means that you are overfocusing on your body, so even if WILD onset will hit you, you will probably catch it too soon and respond immidiately, resulting in a failure to enter WILD...

I said that a million times and I'm gonna say that again - "vibrations" cant be mistaken for any other feeling (except shivering cause you are cold). When they appear, you instantly know that you are entering WILD. They are strong, fast, come on instantly and often involve tactile/visual and audiotry components...

There's a soft way of entering WILD with no vibrations via dream reentry method and there's a hard generic one. There's nothing in between...

Actually I've succeeded with DEILD three times of which two of them have involved vibrations. I can't see why DEILD wouldn't?
Currently practicing WILD. I quote Kaniaz who said it best: "The point of WILD is to piss me off". Though, I have not given up, far from it.
