      OK, so on MILD you wake up in the middle of the night. Same with WBTB. What is the difference?

      From what I understand, MILD is intentional, WBTB doesn't necessarily have to be.

      MILD is done without getting up, you are in your bed after your dream and you set your intentions on becoming lucid. WBTB, is you getting out of bed, having a while of wakefulness and setting your intention to lucid dream, then mixing it with WILD, or MILD, or whatever you want when you go back to sleep

      Just look up a WBTB tutorial and read it. That will answer you&#39;re questions more thouroughly than anyone is going to post on here

      MILD is repeating your intensions as you go to sleep, WBTB is getting up for a while to alert your brain, then going back to sleep.


      Combination = Getting up 6 hours into sleep, staying up for 30minutes doing anything staying mentally active, going back to sleep, as you lay there repeating, "i will have a lucid dream, i will realize im dreaming"
