      Hello there,
      I have had no success inducing SP, and was wondering: when you usually get into SP, are you
      seeing HI at the time? Is it possible to remain conscious of your body, see no HI and go directly into
      SP? A few times while trying to WILD I have been in some heavy HI and feel what I thought to be
      the onset of SP, but then right after noticing, all the HI and feelings fade. Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

      Anyone have any luck with sythix's reverse blinking and twitching technique to get SP?

      HI usually happens just before SP. In my case anyway, by the time I'm into SP, I have already transitioned into the dream.

      I've had some luck using reverse blinking to jumpstart HI.
