and I've been using the reality check that was mentioned helpful from exploring the world of lucid dreaming, reading text and looking back to see if it has changed. I am wondering if this text reality check is effective or if I should try another one. I already went through the reality checks tutorial, but I am wondering which is the BEST reality check to try.
