But I'll tell you right now, it's effects will be insignificant compared to the benefits you'll get from known and tested supplements such as B6 and melatonin. Further, if you really, really want to bolster you success, you'd do well to just practice dream recall by using and keeping a dream journal, practicing good sleep habits, reality checking frequently and, in general, just getting your feet wet. "Dream Crystals" are a waste of time and money.

A closed mind helps, when money is involved. There is no need to go out and buy a "dream crystal" for a placebo effect. Just find a family heirloom. Its their right to believe it works, but there is no reason to yell at people when they are just trying to save you a buck.
