I always thought it was under your pillow. If nothing else, try Googling it.

Nowhere. They won't do anything for your dreams.
Now hey, if you're all new-agey, and really believe that it will at least do *something*, that's nice. But I'll tell you right now, it's effects will be insignificant compared to the benefits you'll get from known and tested supplements such as B6 and melatonin.
Further, if you really, really want to bolster you success, you'd do well to just practice dream recall by using and keeping a dream journal, practicing good sleep habits, reality checking frequently and, in general, just getting your feet wet.

"Dream Crystals" are a waste of time and money.

It's strange because i've seen more closed minded people on the forums than ever before! First off if you've never heard of the placebo effect then go research it, then quit ruining the placebo for people. Second it's their right to believe what they wish + crystals have been shown to vibrate at certain frequencies.

A closed mind helps, when money is involved. There is no need to go out and buy a "dream crystal" for a placebo effect. Just find a family heirloom. Its their right to believe it works, but there is no reason to yell at people when they are just trying to save you a buck.

I'm not close minded. I just don't buy into every passing "new-age" craze without actually, y'know, THINKING.

OH NOES I BROKE THEIR PLACEBO.
I stopped them from blowing $20 on a psychological effect they could've got for free.

I'll give you that one, but for the record--I think humanity is in a sorry, sorry state right now.

And WHAT, praytell, does THAT have to do with anything?
EVERYTHING has a natural harmonic resonance. Put a goddamn tuning fork under your pillow for all I care. Doesn't do jack, diddly, OR squat for your dreaming, though.

I agree with what Tsen said.

However, if it works for you, it works. It totally works because of placebo effects, but who cares?

the placebo effect is moe like a theory and dream crystals?.....wow.... who does that stuff really? Think to yourself. If you had some hot girl (or man) come to your house, or even family, to sleep over in your room. Would you use the crystals or even mention them? lolz i wouldnt think so because you Know drea crystals are silly (and wacko o0oo).
I stomp on your ideas.
