WEll...Ive given this advice before, and it works for me: drink LOTS of water before bed. Drink some more when you get up to go the bathroom. I record almost all of my dreams during bathroom trips during the night. When the alarm goes off in the morning and it's time to hurry and get to work, my dreams fly out of my mind and rarely will I remember another. I usually quickly review what I've written during the night, add any dreams I can remember, and try to add more details and fix the bad handwriting, while I still sort of remember the earlier ones. If I don't do the review part, I come back to a bunch of meaningless random scribbles.

Anyway, you can't help but wake up if you have to go pee at night.
