Hi all, last night I attempted y first lucid by WILD last night, just before I went to sleep. After I hit about 100 breaths I started to feel this sinking feeling and my heart rate started to skyrocket but I RC'd and confirmed i was still awake.

Then this morning when I woke up I attempted WILD again, this time though when I got to about 120 breaths I started to feel wierd. I had slight tremors through my body for about 40 more breaths but I RC'd and nothing. What I want to know si if I am making any progress with WILD.

Your trying to hard. The same exact thing happens to me when i do that, thats why i don't do it anymore. you can't be to focused. I'd suggest trying DILDs or MILDS at first. When you acheive your first LD thru these methods, move on and "upgrade" to the WILD. Some people have a talent to WILD but I don't. If you want to try that again, I'd suggest relaxing and don't be so focused on your body. Bare in mind, after 8 months, I've never experienced a full lucid dream either. But I was bad tho, didn't keep my dream journal up to date so I'm thinking of starting it up again. Been getting very vivid dream lately.
An Idea. A single idea from the human mind can build cities. An idea can transform the world and rewrite all the rules.
