well i found this technique while browsing the web about lucid dreaming. You can find it here.

      CAT
For one week, go to bed at the same time each night and get up 90 minutes earlier than you usually do. Spend those 90 minutes doing reality checks every 2–5 minutes. Thereafter, on alternate days: follow the routine from step one, and set the intention to do your reality check routine at its regular time, while getting a full night sleep. This will cause the reality check conditioning to kick in during REM primetime.

it seems like it could work but sounds like a lot of trouble to go through for 1 lucid dream. anyway i need my sleep so i dont wanna try this out but anyone here wishes be my guest and post your results here.

Yeah, that does seem like a lot.

I'm not big into altering my sleep patterns, as I already natrually wake up enough to have two or three tries a night to try any of the "as you nod off" techniques.

Allthough this is OLD news, it may be good to bring it back to people's attention. Allthough I reckon that this Topic would be better in place in the Alternative Sleep Patterns-board. Maybe there it could be furtherly examined.

Have heard of this before and is a real good idea, however requires a lot of time and devotion which may turn many people off. Great to bring up another good idea though for people needing a LD.
