I've been experimenting with WILD, but I've had little sucess. I do the coundting thin (one, I'm dreaming, two, I'm dreaming, three, I'm dreaming...) But no matter what, I always fall asleep. I'm I doing something wrong, or will it come with time? Thanks for the help. |

And all my days are trances,
And all my nightly dreams,
Are where thy dark eye glances,
And where thy footstep gleams.

I don't like the counting technique, I feel it gets kind of automatic after a while |

Saying quantum physics explains cognitive processes is just like saying geology explains jurisprudence.
has anyone on here had any success without WBTB? |
|
no way i almost did though i felt my body was sinking for a few seconds, if u can realise ur dreaming then you dont need wbtb |
|
i have no problem being aware its just i either end up waiting too long or something. |

Thanks for all the tips! I think I will try something other than the counting method. |

I don't love the counting method either. It becomes automatic and I fall asleep. Daydreaming with the occasional "back to reality" moment helps keep a good balance and, double whammy, it can help you create your dreamscene. |

Control is Everything
LD Count:33
WILD:6, DILD:27, MILD:3
(At this point, I've completely lost count. Those are my last accurate stats.)
i hate wbtb because i get too tired and just end up falling asleep. But at the same time if i get up from my bed i end up staying up |
