Me and my friend have failed to sleep deprived ourselves. My friend came running to me again and said you have it backwards he said we don't want to sleep deprive ourself, but sleep enhance ourselves. Now he said that when you sleep the first thing you do is shut down your frontal cortex and all your awearness, judgement and thinking abillities go. Hypothetically speaking if you nap during the day more then once then couldn't you fit the Non REM cycles in the naps like ubersleep. Note my friend went into more detail, however I couldn't understand anything he said as I don't know as much about the brain as he does.
Well this is a simple method:
1. Nap for twenty minautes every two hours. Note if you have something improtant like work then skip and make up time later.
2. Make sure you have 8 to 10 hours sleep.
3. You can do WBTB, but do it at 2oclock instead of 5oclock.
I am working on fine tuning this method. Now when you take these nap you will not just try and fall asleep, however you will attempt a wild. This is improtant you don't need to be successful just attempt it for 20 minautes. It helps if your super relaxed so try a relaxation method.

Well I will begin the technique in two hours. Note I am doing the counting wild.
