I'm wondering if listening to music while trying to abtain lucidity is a good thing because I notice it can tend to keep my mind(not body)awake. |

Ignorant bliss is an oxymoron; but so is miserable truth.
Exactly, you have to test out all the conditions and find out what is gives you best results. Whether its music or BWGEN; whether its too many covers or none at all; whether its sleeping on your stomach or on your back; with light or without. |

If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...
Yea, sound induced lucid dreaming? Whatever works for you. Good luck with it. |

I would not reccomend music or other soundy stuff (Monty Python Tapes, ect..) because personally, it wakes me up as soon as I'm lucid. But hey, whatever floats your boat... |
